After The Rupture: $50

It took me 5 years to release him...

This is the work that set me free--

I went through a breakup in 2020 that wrecked me. I thought he was my "twin flame." For 5 years I thought about him when I woke up, and when I went to sleep, and damn near every moment between.

Until the illusion broke one day and I realized he wasn't "special"...I was stuck in an attachment I didn't know how to release.

And when I finally did...

I remembered who the fuck I was!

I came home to myself, launched a business, wrote a novel, created poetry events, and LIVED.

And the work that helped me release him became the foundation of what I'm giving you inside After the Rupture.

The Hardest Way To Let Them Go

  • Trying to think your way out of the attachment.

  • Keeping them alive through the relationship you're having with them in your head.

  • Waiting for one more answer, conversation, or realization to finally give you closure.

  • Suppressing your emotional experience.

  • Judging or blaming yourself (or them) for everything.

Knowing the relationship is over and actually releasing the attachment are two different things.

You cannot think your way out of a bond your body is still holding.

After the Rupture Will Help You

  • Break the emotional attachment without forcing yourself to stop loving them: Let the relationship end without suppressing what you feel, pretending you don't care, or waiting for them to give you closure.

  • Get out of your head and back into your body: Stop spending your day replaying conversations, checking for signs, questioning your decisions, and mentally living inside a relationship that's over.

  • Understand what keeps pulling you back, and finally interrupt it: So the loneliness, memories, urges, and emotional waves stop automatically sending you back toward the person you're trying to release.

  • Bring your energy back to YOU: Reconnect with your identity, needs, desires, values, and a life that got buried underneath the relationship.

  • Trust yourself to move forward: So this doesn't become another cycle you repeat.

Whether they left you, you left them, or you both knew it needed to end

This if for you if--

  • You are done letting a relationship that ended continue to take up space in your life.

  • Your mind understands it's over, but some part of you can't let them go.

  • You are beginning to realize this breakup is touching something deeper than this person.

  • You don't want to numb, distract, rebound, or pretend you're over it. You want to move through it.

  • You keep obsessing over their potential, fantasizing about a future, analyzing their wounds, behavior, feelings, and figuring out why they did what they did.

  • You're exhausted from trying to figure them out, and you're ready to turn all the energy you've been pouring into THEM back into YOU.

You don't have to stop loving someone to stop abandoning yourself for them.

Imagine Not Caring What They're Doing Anymore

Not because you hate them, or because you forced yourself to stop caring, but because your life has become more interesting than that story.

You wake up and they aren't the first thing on your mind. You stop checking, fantasizing, repalying, and waiting for imaginary closure.

You start loving life again, creating things you've dreamed of, and showing up every day with purpose... all because the breakup is no longer the center of your reality... YOU ARE.

Break the Attachment

Why I Created After the Rupture

I know what it's like to be the one who can't let go--

In 2020, I went through a breakup that left me in shambles.

I found myself in bed at night, sinking into the heavy weight in my chest.

Many days, I would relive every conversation, text message, and memory of this person, looking for a sense of relief.

I tried to date, flirt, and even entered into a couple of short-term relationships to relieve myself of the pain.

5 years passed before I realized I wasn't going to think my way out of this. My body was still holding on to an attachment my mind had been trying to release for years.

My attachment system was STUCK, and when I started working with the exact techniques I teach in After the Rupture, I finally released the grip the attachment had on me.

It felt like I could finally breathe.

And the coolest part?

I started experiencing my life in an entirely different light. I started seeing myself extremely clearly, and my life force returned.

What did I do with all of that energy?

I quit my career, sold my house, launched a business helping people break attachment patterns at the root, hosted spoken word events that changed lives, competed at poetry events around my home state, wrote multiple poetry books, as well as a novel, and became a well-known content creator.

This is what happens when you stop organizing yourself around a person, and start making YOU the main character!

And that's why I created After the Rupture.

Because I don't want you to spend five fucking years trying to think your way out of an attachment your body is holding. I want you to reclaim YOU.

You don't need to erase the relationships, pretend you never loved them, or shame yourself for still being affected by it.

You need a way to come home to yourself so you can LIVE.
